Artificial Intelligence a blessing or a curse

 Artificial Intelligence is the intelligence of machines and the branch of computer science which aims to create  it. It is the science and engineering of making intelligent machines .It is used a  similar task of using computer to understand human intelligence.

 Artificial intelligence is rapidly changing the environments of just about everything from translation to speech recognition to jobs to decision making processes.AI, with its  thousands of promised benefits, is positioned to affect just about every business around the globe.

The traditional problems of AI research includes reasoning,planning,learning,natural language processing,perception and the ability to move  and manipulate objects.The field was founded on the claim that human intelligence "can be  precisely described that a machine can be made to stimulate it".

The greatest advantage of AI is that machines do not require sleep or beaks,and are able to function without stopping.They can continuously  perform the same task without getting bored or tired. When employed to carry out dangerous task , the risk to human health and safety is reduced.

   With AI the chances of error are almost nil and great accuracy is achieved AI finds applications in space exploration. Intelligent robots can be used to explore space.Robots can be used for mining purposes,dig fuels and dept of oceans. Robots can replace humans in many tasks as for laborious tasks .It also contributes a lot in  smartphones as to check spelling errors,predict what the user is typing to take shortest routes as well as the traffic and time estimate to reach there.

One of the main disadvantage  of AI is the cost incurred in the maintenance and repair,programs need to be updated to suit the changing requirement. In case of a break down, the cost of repair may be very high. Procedures to restore lost code or data may be time consuming and costly.

Artificial Intelligence and technology are one side of the life that always interest and surprise the new ideas,topics.innovations ,products ,etc.AI is still not implemented as the films representing,however there are many important tries to reach the level and to complete in market. Nevertheless,the hidden projects and developments in industrial companies. At the end we've been in this search through AI  definitions,brief history,applications,etc.Tthis is not the end of AI there is more to come from it, who knows what the AI can do for us in future,maybe it will be a whole society of robots.
